PLUGGING AND SEEDING

Plugging and seeding is done in late September through Thanksgiving unless the temperatures are warm enough in December.  We strongly advise not to seed before late September because the sun will destroy most of the roots of your new grass seed.

PINE NEEDLES (MULCH)

Bryan’s Lawn Care uses North Carolina southern Pine needles.  These are longleaf needles with stunning red color to them.  The best time to get them is between January and early March.  We can either deliver them to a place of your choosing or lay them out for you.

Pine needles are charged by the bail for either delivery or layout.

BED EDGING

Our commercial bed edger is a machine that cuts a groove in the soil along the edge of your flower bed.  This groove does two things.  The first is it provides a defined edge for your flower bed.  The second is that it helps keep pine needles in your flower bed.  Bed edging is only done when you are having pine needles put down.
Bed edging is charged by the linear foot.

Weed Block

WEED BLOCK

Do you have weeds growing out of control in your flower beds?  We use professional granular weed block to prevent most weeds from growing.  Sadly, no system is perfect but you can expect to see a lot fewer weeds growing as the year progresses.

This is charged by the bag.

We do not pull weeds or plant plants. We have a company that we will recommend for all planting of plants and weed pulling in your flower beds.

Rachel C.

We used Bryan's Lawn Care frequently last fall while I was pregnant and unable to do yard work. It was so easy to schedule with him. His crew does an awesome job for a reasonable price. We will be using him again this spring, summer, and fall season.
